Frequently asked questions

It is one private inbox with one professional email address, such as you@yourdomain.com. Each plan card shows how many business mailboxes it allows.

The configured storage amount is one total pool shared by every mailbox on the plan. Creating another mailbox does not add storage; mailbox usage draws from the same pool.

No. An alias is another address that delivers to an existing mailbox. It has no separate inbox, sign-in, or storage allocation, and each plan shows its configured alias limit per mailbox.

The attached mail server applies the configured hourly rate to each authenticated mailbox. The billing portal displays that native server policy without enforcing a duplicate paid-plan counter. Free plans may also have separate daily or recipient anti-abuse safeguards, and no rate promises delivery.

You can connect a domain you own. A service subdomain is available only when it is enabled for the selected service. You can finish domain and DNS setup after purchase, before relying on that domain for mail.

When a Free plan is offered, use its card as the source for mailbox, domain, alias, storage, and sending limits. It may also restrict IMAP, POP3, API access, some high-risk domain endings, and add a brand footer to outgoing mail.

Contact support before moving mail so the source, volume, access method, timing, and available assistance can be assessed. Keep the old service active until you have verified the migrated mail and new delivery path.

Existing mail is not deleted just because the pool reaches its quota, but storing or receiving new mail can be restricted. Free space or increase the plan capacity before normal delivery can resume.

Use the service for genuine business correspondence, transactional mail, and messages to recipients who asked to hear from you. Bulk spam, phishing, purchased lists, and unsolicited outreach are not allowed.
